  No matter what repairs “you” request, Smitty makes the repair “he” wants and charges you. I also asked him to call me with an estimate for repairs, so that I would not be surprised with a large bill; he didn't. He just called one day and said it was ready. I reminded him that he was suppose to call me “before” he made any repairs; he said its done and ready to be picked up. I asked him how much the bill was and he said $450.00 (imagine my surprise). I paid the amount, but I will never take any thing to him again. He makes the repairs he wants to make and then charges so much money that people can not afford to pay the bill (and therefore, end up forfeiting their property). Of course, that would explain why he has so many used mowers in his yard for sell.
